Register for your stay at Elsie’s Cottage by following these easy steps:
- Complete the Online Reservation Form.
Fill out and submit online, Then mail your $250 deposit to the address below.
- PRINT the Reservation Form.
Mail your completed form along with your $250 deposit to the address below.
You can also fax your reservation form and then mail your deposit.

Reservations are confirmed when the down payment is received and always on a first come - first served basis. We are unable to hold a reservation without a received down payment. If we receive your reservation form without deposit and a second reservation form with deposit is received for the same retreat date, the reservation with deposit will get the date.
Payments should be made by check or money order made out to Elsie’s Cottage. We are unable to accept credit cards at this time.
