If a weekend is not reserved several weeks in advance, it likely will not be rented at all. Rather than let the cottage sit empty, we will offer it to small groups at discounted rates for available weekends no more than three weeks from the date you make the reservation (five weeks for our repeat customers).
Following are the small group discount rates based on the number of people in your group:
- 2 - 4 guests: $145 per person/per weekend (tax included)
- 5 - 7 guests: $130 per person/per weekend (tax included)
- 8 - 10 guests: $125 per person/per weekend (tax included)
- 11 – 14 guests: $100 per person/per weekend (tax included)
Additional nights surrounding the weekend are still available for an additional $25 per person.
If multiple small groups would like to rent the same weekend, we reserve the right to allow both groups. We will keep separate groups in separate bedrooms. We will notify both groups ahead of time that they will be sharing the crafting space with other scrappers, quilters or crafters and making new friends. The rate will be calculated based on the total number of people for the weekend. For example, if two groups of 3 guests rent the space, the rate is $130 per person rather than the $145 per person rate for groups of 2 - 4.
With this small group discount rate, payment in full is due when you make the reservation.
Please note: This is a special rate for weekends that are not reserved well in advance. Please do not request the small group pricing if you reserved a weekend in advance and then did not find enough people to fill it. By reserving in advance, you prohibited any other group from reserving that same weekend. You are responsible for the entire balance due as shown on your deposit receipt.
